Elephant Revival,neo-acoustic transcendental folk quintet from Nederland Colorado, reveals hidden treasures deep within a vast repertoire of original material.

In their one show – 7:30 p.m. August 15 Woodmen Hall, 4102 Fisherman Bay Rd, Lopez Island – the quintet can be seen delving into original folk pieces mixed with traditional style ballads, Scottish/Celtic fiddle tunes, psychedelic country, indie rock, powerful reggae grooves, 40s/50s jazz standards and an occasional hip-hop beat amongst other styles.

Tickets are available at the door. $15/Adults, 12-16/$8; Kids 12 & Under FREE.

Night Music: The Summer of ’69
In this new summer concert series, a variety of San Juan Island friends share their musical talents in the intimate Gubelman Theatre! Special chocolate desserts, wine and beer will be available for purchase in the adjacent Steele Memorial Garden.

FINAL WEEK! The rockin’ and folk sounds of the ‘60s and ‘70s shine in the intimate Gubelman Theatre. Island artists appearing this week include Daniel Finn, Ian Boulton, Debbie Nash-Strasser, Ian Byington, Steve Keys, Gretchen Gubelman and Beau Borrero, Kate Schuman and Keith Busha.

And what more perfect era to set it in than a summer in the late 1960’s? With music of the era and a mood of infectious abandon, this production lights up Island Stage Left’s outdoor setting and celebrates its 13th year of welcoming one and all to ‘Shakespeare Under the Stars’.
