Saturday marked the official beginning of autumn and you can already feel the island slowing down. This is a great time of year to come check out the foliage turning color and really get a feeling of island time. Most of the tourists have headed home and the kids are back in school. It is easy to find parking and the marinas are less opening up.
Next weekend marks the The 6th Annual Fall Festival of the Arts in Friday Harbor.
